Q: Sasha, Tell use all about you and Vacay Beauty:
A: "I spent 10+ years in corporate communications and marketing, am a former marketing director who is also a certified professional coach, and am obsessed with empowering women to embrace the skin they're in.
Additionally, I utilize my in-home studio in East Falls for appointments that prefer to come to my location. My sole mission is to empower women to love the skin they're in and embrace a "vacay state of mind". With solutions that are all-natural, vegan, cruelty-free, paraben-free, I give my clients a healthy transformation for their skin, body, and confidence."
Q: Why Sunless Tanning?
A: "I was ready to start working for myself, and this idea sort of fell into my lap. I've always been obsessed with beauty and skincare, and this offered another angle into the industry without becoming a professional MUA"
Have you guys figured out my trend with these yet? I am obsessed with women who are obsessed with empowering women!
Q: What is your favorite product/service you have?
A: "I carry two different product lines of spray tan solution (will not name). Both are amazing solutions, but I am obsessed with the Ultra Lux and Express Ultra Lux tans I provide. That line of solution is full of skin-healthy ingredients like caffeine, hyaluronic acid, and grapeseed oil to deeply nourish and tighten the skin. Additionally, it is gluten-free, nut-free, fragrance-free, alcohol-free, paraben-free, sulfate-free, silicone-free...M clients love it because it's more than a tan, it's a skin treatment. So yeah, it is absolutely my favorite product/service!"

A: "Anything related to growth and development. I am always thinking of new ways to take my life and business to the next level."
Q: What advice could you give to women /anyone about running w business?
A: "Business can be very emotional. Spend more time researching and paying attention to the details in the beginning. I've invested and lost a lot of money into business ideas because I made emotional decisions. I've learned that although it is important to be passionate and excited about the business you're trying to build, if you treat it like a passion project, you won't make the ROI or profit that you want to make."
Q: What kind of advice could you give to women about self confidence?
A: "Don't be afraid to fail. Start looking at failures or your mistakes as your life's biggest teachers. Don't put your self-worth or confidence into your work - put your worth into your WHO - that is, who you are."
