By definition, “Probiotics are live bacteria and yeasts that are good for your health, especially your digestive system. We usually think of bacteria as something that causes diseases. WTF is a Probiotic good for?
Probiotics are good for keeping a healthy gut, boosting immune system, helping aide the fight against food borne illnesses, improving digestion function and helping to heal/prevent things like yeast and urinary tract infections. Probiotics have also been known to help inflammatory conditions like IBS, and can help prevent diarrhea.

Research has shown significant results in Mental Health when using a probiotic. Many studies have shown taking probiotics can decrease depression and reduce inflammation. There is even evidence that probiotics have can decrease effects of allergies and eczema.
