1. Services Offered

Natty Contrera provides professional makeup services, specializing in:

  • Production makeup (TV, film, video, theater, etc.)

  • Commercial makeup (advertising, editorial, corporate, etc.)

All services are performed by trained and experienced professionals using high-quality products and tools.

2. Booking & Deposits

  • All bookings require a signed agreement and may require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date and time.

  • No dates are reserved without written confirmation and receipt of the retainer (if applicable).

  • Final balance is due 7 business days of the scheduled service unless otherwise agreed.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Client Cancellations: Retainers are non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total service cost.

  • Rescheduling will vary. Resecheduling requires a fee.

  • Artist Cancellations: In the unlikely event that Natty Contrera must cancel, all payments will be refunded in full, and we will assist in finding a qualified replacement artist if possible.

  • Commerical Hold Dates are only active for 5 business days.

4. Travel & On-Location Fees

  • Services performed outside of our standard service area (Philadelphia and New York metro areas) may incur additional travel fees.

  • Parking, tolls, and lodging (if required) will be billed to the client at cost.

5. On-Set Work & Hourly Rates

  • On-location, production, or full-day rates vary depending on the project scope. A standard half-day (up to 4 hours) and full-day (up to 8 hours) rate applies.

  • Overtime beyond the agreed hours will be billed at an hourly rate.

  • Please request a quote for custom pricing or multi-day bookings.

6. Health & Safety

  • Natty Contrera adheres to strict sanitation protocols in line with industry standards.

  • Clients must disclose any known allergies or sensitivities prior to the appointment.

  • We follow guidelines of PA State Cosmetology 

  • We reserve the right to refuse service in cases of contagious skin conditions or other health-related risks.

7. Photography & Use of Images

  • With your consent, behind-the-scenes photos or final looks may be photographed or shared on our portfolio, website, or social media for promotional purposes.

  • If you wish to keep your project private, please notify us in writing before or during your booking.

8. Liability

  • Natty Contrera is not liable for any allergic reactions, injuries, or damages resulting from services performed or products used, if all known information has been disclosed.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to communicate any skin conditions, allergies, or other relevant information ahead of the service.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All branding, written content, photography, and promotional materials created by or for Natty Contrera are the property of Natty Contrera and may not be copied or used without written permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, depending on the location of service. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with local legal regulations.

11. Changes to Terms

Natty Contrera reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of material changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
